Breathe is a 30 minute class that combines multiple methods of flexibility, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and improves your movement. It's designed to help you recover from your training, work and life in general.
We use foam rollers, trigger balls, mobility drills and flexibility work to make your body more supple and mobile.

The Science Behind Breathe
The minimum you should do regarding mobility/flexibility work is 2-3 times per week, which is fine if that is also your regular workout schedule. Of course, if you work out more than 2-3 days per week, you should also complete more mobility training, which helps for optimal recovery and injury prevention. You will start to feel the difference within 2 to 4 weeks
